Cancellation rescheduling and refund Policy

(wef: 1st June, 2023)

Bookings for Stay along with treatments:

  • 100% payment is required upfront to confirm room booking

  • Guest must pay 75% of the estimated treatment (as prescribed by the doctor) cost in advance upon check- in.

  • Every guest staying at Meera Vanam will need to mandatorily undertake Nadipariksha / General consultation and a suitable* relaxation /Panchakarma treatments. (*Suitable means the therapy recommended by the doctor)

  • NO REFUNDS will be entertained for bookings made during Navratri, Shivratri, Women’s Conference and Gurudev’s birthday.

  • Please note no refunds will be given for cancellations. Credit note offered will be after certain
    deductions based on the cancellation dates.

Credit Note issued will be 75% of the charges of the booked amount
Between 20 to 10 days prior
Credit Note issued will be 50% of the charges of the booked amount
Between 10 to 5 days prior
Credit Note issued will be 25% of the charges of the booked amount
Less than 5 days
Credit Note will not be issued
  • The credit period for internationals is 1 year and for Indian nationals it is 6 months. This will be approved on a case-to-case basis by the management.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy for outpatient guests for Nadipariksha / Online / General Consultation:

 

  • Consultation will be confirmed only after 100% advance payment is made at reception or online.

  • Subject to availability, a guest can reschedule her/his appointment 48 hours prior to consultation.

  • A rescheduling request will not be entertained after 48 hours or after the consultation time has elapsed.

  • If a cancellation request is placed 48 hours prior to the consultation time, credit note of the equivalent amount paid will be issued. Validity of the credit note will be for 1 month from the date of the consultation.

  • Please note that under any circumstance no refund will be given once payment is made.

Cancellation / rescheduling policy for outpatient guests for Panchakarma / Relaxation Treatment:

 

  • Treatments will be confirmed only after 100% advance payment is made at reception or online

  • A rescheduling request will be entertained 48 hrs. prior to the appointment. Subject to availability.

  • If a guest puts in a rescheduling request after 48 hrs., 50% of the treatment cost will be levied. Rescheduling will be subject to availability.

  • If a cancellation request is placed 48 hours prior to the appointment, credit note of the equivalent amount paid will be issued. Validity of the credit note will be for 3 months from the date of the appointment.

  • A clear 48 hours gap is necessary for cancellation. Otherwise, no credit note will be issued.

  • Please note that under any circumstance no refund will be given once payment is made.

  • Please note certain treatments will not be offered to women guests during their menstrual cycles.
